The service
BuiltWide provides software for creating products, payment requests and checkout sessions, recognizing supported public-blockchain transfers, issuing receipts and triggering seller automation.
BuiltWide is non-custodial. Except for an explicit payment owed to BuiltWide, buyer funds are sent to an address controlled by the seller. We do not provide a bank account, stored-value balance or escrow service.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account and seller information, protect passwords, wallets and API keys, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed with credentials issued to your workspace.
Live checkout requires a verified receiving address and acceptance of the current Acceptable Use Policy.
Payments, delivery and refunds
Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. The seller is responsible for product delivery, customer support, refund decisions, taxes and compliance with laws that apply to its business.
BuiltWide records recognized transfers and can generate refund instructions, but it cannot reverse a transfer or move funds from a seller wallet.
Fees and BuiltWide plans
Launch pricing version 2026-08-09.v3 is published on the Pricing page and in the dashboard: a one-time $500 Exchange trial, then percentage fees of 0.7%, 0.5% or 0.35% at the published volume tiers. An optional prepaid 30-day plan removes the exchange percentage fee while it covers the payment. Its next-period price starts at $19 up to $2,000 and interpolates toward the $49 at $10,000, $149 at $50,000 and $499 at $250,000 anchors; higher volume requires an agreed Custom quote. Wallet invoices snapshot their published volume fee. Prices exclude applicable taxes; BuiltWide does not currently calculate tax in checkout.
A platform charge and the resulting BuiltWide plan retain their pricing version. A higher volume changes only the next prepaid period. Started BuiltWide plan periods are not automatically refundable except for a BuiltWide billing error or where required by law. We will communicate material future pricing changes and their grandfathering rule before they apply.
Acceptable use and suspension
You may not use BuiltWide for activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict creation of new Live checkouts or suspend workspace access when required for security, sanctions compliance, abuse prevention or investigation of a serious report.
Suspension does not give BuiltWide custody of funds already held in a seller-controlled wallet.
Availability, changes and contact
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Networks, wallets, exchanges and other third-party systems may fail or change outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, BuiltWide is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by those external systems.
We may update these terms for product, security or legal reasons and will identify the effective date. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
