Illegal and deceptive activity
Do not use BuiltWide for illegal goods or services, fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, impersonation, deceptive products, pyramid schemes or activity intended to harm buyers.
You may not hide a product’s nature, seller identity, price, renewal terms or delivery conditions from a buyer.
Restricted products
BuiltWide may not be used for weapons, controlled drugs, unlawful gambling, sexual exploitation, malicious software, stolen credentials, unauthorized financial services or content that violates another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
If a product is regulated in a buyer’s or seller’s location, the seller must have every license and permission required to offer it.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must provide truthful descriptions, a reachable support contact, the promised digital product or access, a clear refund policy and legally required disclosures. Sellers are responsible for taxes and consumer-protection rules that apply to their sales.
Do not use payment recovery, webhooks, credits or subscriptions to misrepresent a payment state or deny access that a buyer has paid for.
Security and network abuse
Do not probe, disrupt or overload BuiltWide; bypass access controls or rate limits; distribute malware; submit forged blockchain evidence; compromise another workspace; or use API keys, wallets or personal data without authorization.
Report suspected vulnerabilities through the Contact page. Do not publicly disclose an unremediated issue that could put users or funds at risk.
Screening and enforcement
Supported payment paths are screened under the configured compliance controls. A sanctioned address or other mandatory restriction can block a checkout or payment path.
We may suspend creation of new Live checkouts, revoke credentials or restrict workspace access while investigating a serious violation. Because settlement is non-custodial, this action does not transfer seller wallet funds to BuiltWide.
Reporting
Report suspected prohibited use through the Contact page and include the payment link, invoice or transaction hash when available. We may ask for additional evidence before acting.
We can update this policy as abuse patterns, supported networks or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
