Information we collect
We collect account information such as email, authentication-provider identifiers, business name, verified wallet addresses and security events. We also store product configuration, invoice metadata, payer references supplied by sellers, webhook configuration and support requests.
Public blockchain addresses, transaction hashes, amounts and timestamps are read from public networks. BuiltWide does not receive custody of seller funds.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, run Test and Live workspaces, recognize and reconcile payments, generate receipts and reports, deliver webhooks and product emails, investigate failures, prevent abuse and comply with sanctions obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use payment metadata for third-party advertising.
Processors and public networks
We share only the data required to operate the service with infrastructure, email, monitoring and blockchain-service providers acting on our behalf. Their processing is subject to their service terms and our configuration.
Blockchain transactions are public by design and may remain available independently of BuiltWide. Do not place confidential information in on-chain transaction data.
Your data rights
You can download a machine-readable copy of your account data or request account deletion from Settings → Data & privacy. For security, both actions require a fresh sign-in.
Deletion immediately removes credentials, provider identities, profile details, webhook configuration and operational personal data. We de-identify customer references while retaining financial, fraud-prevention and audit evidence where required.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion cannot remove information already published to a blockchain. Transaction hashes and wallet addresses that prove a payment or refund may remain as part of the public chain and retained financial record.
We keep anonymized financial and security evidence only for applicable accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, legal-hold and audit obligations. It cannot be used to sign in, restart webhooks or restore the deleted account.
Your choices
You can update business and receiving-address information in Settings. You may request access, correction or deletion of account information through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Product emails required to complete a requested payment or secure an account are transactional; optional communications can be disabled where offered.
Security and contact
We use access controls, signed sessions, credential hashing and operational monitoring appropriate to the service. No internet service or wallet integration can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy and security questions can be sent through the Contact page. We will update the effective date when this policy materially changes.
